We want you to be completely satisfied with your Twinings tea experience; if you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days for a full refund. Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea or consumable goods unless the item is defective.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Care team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unopened tea tins or boxes in their original shipping carton, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship the Items
Send your package via a tracked courier service to our distribution center; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt until the refund is processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
